A question or warning about that would've been enough. We have a whole conversation in which it turns out she whisked the fries away because of fryer contamination rather than actual flour on the potatoes. See the server in the hallway, and thank her for taking care of our food. Of course about half an hour later, I have to go use the bathroom. Comes back a third time with a burger with a gluten-free bun. I get about three bites into mine when the same server comes over and says, about my burger, "that burger bun isn't gluten-free!" She whisked my food away again.

It took a very long time to get our second burgers which had fruit with them. We get our food and the person who delivers it says: these fries aren't gluten-free! I responded, "but we asked" the server whisked the fries away as well as our burgers with gluten-free buns. OK, great, seems to know what she's doing. We asked all the right questions, and server gave us the answers without even checking. All to say - probably call ahead or ask to order from someone knowledgeable about the menu. So, my original order WAS put in and I would’ve eaten it believing it was GF if my husband hadn’t asked why it was delayed and we’d randomly gotten a manager. While waiting for the salad, my original nachos were delivered. Assuming that was why my food had never arrived - that upon discovering the item was not GF the original waiter had decided not to put it in but hadn’t returned to tell me - I ordered a salad the manager confirmed was GF. The manager immediately confirmed they were NOT GF because of the queso. My husband explained my food had never arrived, and that I’d attempted to order the nachos if they were GF. After a while, my husband pushed the seat button several times and a manager came over.

My family members’ meals were delivered, and not my food. He mentioned he thought they had GF buns, and when asked, agreed they may have GF pizzas but “sometimes we run out.” Requested to order the nachos ONLY if they were GF, and asked the waiter to confirm with whoever he needed to check with that prepared the food. There is not a GF menu, and the waiter was not aware what GF items there were.
